"The collective bargaining and representativeness of temporary workers in Europe” / Funding: European Commission (Jan. 2015 - June 2016)

This project aims to develop and reinforce the European industrial relations systems through adaptive changes in the employment and work scenario. The objective is to involve the least protected groups in a strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in Europe. Our particular concern is the involvement of those groups of workers – often young workers – who are not represented by any form of collective bargaining or any system of social protection. The project further aims to disseminate knowledge about representation and collective bargaining of temporary workers, which, very often, remains unclear even to the workers themselves.
