Attending the conference without paper presentation

• Everybody is invited to attend the conference without presenting a paper. The fee for a non-presenter is 150€.
• Please send an email to videogaming@europa-uni.de until end of July 2024 in order to register as a non-presenter.

Final program

• The final program will be available in the end of August 2024. 

Refund

• Cancellation and request for a refund earlier than 90 days prior to the conference: The refund is 60% of the registration fee. Cancellation and request for a refund between 90 and 60 days prior to the conference: The refund is 40% of the registration fee.
• Cancellation and request for a refund less than 60 days prior to the conference: No refund.
• No exception for registrants unable to obtain a travel visa. Obtaining a travel visa is the responsibility of the registrant. We will assist by providing an invitation letter for paid registrants, but we are not an authority on visa issues. We cannot help with speeding up the visa process. No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to travel related issues or natural disasters, etc.
