Aim of the module (expected learning outcomes and competencies to be acquired):
Professional Competencies:  Participants have a broad and up-to-date theoretical and methodological basic knowledge of their subject area, which is based on the level of the higher education entrance qualification and goes substantially beyond that, and are able to deepen this knowledge according to the current state of research.   Interdisciplinary competences:  Participants can apply their knowledge and have problem-solving skills in this area. - Written composition of own positions and problem solutions (reports, minutes, etc.)  - Presentation of positions and proposed solutions - Adequate selection, analysis, evaluation, use and design of media - Effective design of your own work process - Critical examination of scientific texts - Efficient research of relevant literature - Recognizing and closing gaps in one's own knowledge

1. A theoretical frame of reference for the subject of international management - New Institutional Economics and International Management 2. Market relations of international companies - Management of discrete and relational market transactions 3. The institutional environment of international companies - Description, economic explanation, challenge for companies 4. The internal coordination of international companies - Organizational structures - International Human Resources Management
