Development of a German and a Polish Employee Share Ownership Scheme in SMEs
The project aims at proposing reform shemes for the German Employee Share Ownership (ESO) Law and for the Polish funding programme to remedy emerging deficits in their application.
On the other hand according to the proposed reforms, to develop national models basing on the 50 years of pactice expericence of the successful ESOP model. The study especially examined the effects related to the financing of Employee Share Ownership and the treatment of employees and enterprises in tax matters.
