It is possible to earn a course requirement. Performance will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Attendance is mandatory and a prerequisite for passing the course.
- Class participation (40%) and written assignments (60%)

Aim of the module (expected learning outcomes and competencies to be acquired):
During the course we will cover three critical aspects of exercising leadership:
Managing people, managing systems and managing self.
Students will analyze social and political dynamics common to many organizations and societies by analyzing in class and outside class experience, including their own past challenges. The course will also feature an inner journey of self reflection to uncover student’s
True north:Their passions and personal drivers that give meaning to their leadership work.
