Aim of the module (expected learning outcomes and competencies to be acquired):
In taking this course, students learn central concepts for understanding the internal dynamics of organizations in a critical manner. Moreover, they develop an appreciation of the relationship between the theory and practice of organizations.

Contents of the module:
The aim of this course is to introduce students to the subject area of organizational behaviour, which is concerned with how work is structured and the experience of work within organizations. To provide a framework to apprehend this breadth, the course focuses on the specific topics of leadership, change and culture that provide insights into the complex and conflictual nature of organizational life.
