Aim of the module (expected learning outcomes and competencies to be acquired):
Learning how to use project-management methods and a wide-spread project-management tool (Microsoft Project).

Contents of the module:
This course will introduce fundamental project management concepts, methods and tools. You will work with Microsoft Project, the most common project management tool in practice. Main features of MS Project include:
- Activity and time planning using network planning techniques such as CPM (critical path method), cost planning
- Planning, scheduling and managing resources
- Project monitoring and controlling (times, deadlines, budget)
- Project evaluation and reporting

Teaching and learning methods:
Lectures and exercises, working with MS Project hands-on, self-studies
