Successful preparation of a seminar paper including the implementation and analysis of a small simulation model of 10-15 pages (and a 20-30 min. presentation of the results of the paper)

Aim of the module (expected learning outcomes and competencies to be acquired):
This seminar deepens the knowledge in the field of discrete-event simulation. The students will learn how conduct a simulation study including data collection, model development, simulation experiments, and analyzes and interpretation of the results.
Contents of the module:
Students will conduct a large simulation study, including model development, implementation, model validation, experiment design and analyses.
