Research Portfolio

My research focuses on critique in organizations. In particular, I am interested in critique as a social construction within organizations and its impact on organizational learning and change processes. This research interest includes related topics such as the relationship between voice behavior and the organization of social relationships, and feedback. Furthermore, I am interested in how organizational actors' activities are embedded in broader institutional settings, i.e. institutional logics. In my empirical research, I concentrate on qualitative methods, e.g. work on process studies, and take a practice approach to explore organizational phenomena.
