The basic principles of a simulation study will be discussed and explained using the software AnyLogic. In the practical part, the students will develop and conduct a small simulation study on a production or service process.

In order to successfully complete the course, students will have to present their simulation study and to submit a seminar paper. Regular attendance is mandatory.
