MBA "Management for Central and Eastern Europe"
The Viadrina MBA "Management for Central and Eastern Europe" is one of the most international MBA Program in Europe with a very innovative module structure, conducted during the whole week. Participants of each class represent 6 to 12 nations. Most Part Time MBA studies attract people from the region. Our MBA students come from Poland and Germany as well as from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Albania, Romania or Hungary. This MBA Program provides state of the art business management know-how and in the same time brings in the view from the practice. The faculty consists of about 80 lecturers from about 15 nations. The teaching method follows simple principle: Learn today – use tomorrow. The curriculum of the program modules consists of topics such as: management skills and Instruments, Strategic Management, Economic and Legal Framework, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management and Accounting, International Marketing, International Project and Change Management, Entrepreneurship and Cross-cultural Communication and Conflict Management .
